Brant MacLean oil paintings

Welcome to my website.  Painting started to become my passion about twenty-five years ago, and has gradually taken over. I am active in plein air ("in open air") landscape painting and do larger paintings in my studio, which is at my home in Detroit. Some paintings are also of my neighborhood or urban scenes. I paint things that inspire me and I hope that you can see in the paintings what it was that inspired. All of the paintings are in oil on either canvas or hardboard, and pricing is available via my email.
